Choose the space around the work
Pallet positions can suit boxed inventory that warehouse staff receive and move. A marked floor zone can suit larger items that need a defined footprint. A cage adds a physical enclosure. None of these formats automatically includes a workshop, public storefront or unrestricted access.
Before choosing square footage, list the work that happens around the goods: receiving, counting, picking, packing and loading. A storage footprint and a usable working area are different measurements. Our sizing tool accepts pallets, boxes, vehicles, storage-unit sizes and square feet so you can start with a quantity you know.
Make the local trip part of the decision
For a business working around Clifton, Paterson, Passaic, Hackensack or Newark, the useful location is the one that fits the day's route. Check the actual warehouse address, your loading vehicle and the time you expect to arrive. A nearby space is less useful if receiving closes before your supplier gets there.
Do a route check at your normal travel time. Then confirm where a van or truck waits, how goods get from the dock to the space, and who is allowed to move them. Our launch focus is Northern New Jersey. Clifton is being considered for the first warehouse; the address, availability and operating details will be published once confirmed.
- Confirm receiving hours and appointment rules.
- Check door clearance and the route from dock to space.
- Ask whether your staff can enter or goods are brought to the dock.
- Check each handling charge separately from monthly space cost.
Read the full monthly receipt
Compare the monthly space charge, included services, deposit and charges that depend on use. Forklift moves, pallet handling or deliveries may change your actual monthly spend even when the space itself has one all-in price. Ask for the expected number of moves to be included in your comparison.
Only published spaces on Flexlogix are available to review. If the live list is empty, request a match with your location and move date. A request records your requirements; it does not reserve a space or guarantee that inventory is available.
